What to know
No statutory deadline for minutes. SB 707 (2026) adds rules for remote participation and, for some bodies, agenda translation.
Local charters, ordinances and board bylaws often require more notice than state law. When they do, follow the stricter rule — in CivicPorch you can set a board's own notice period and reminders use it.
