What to know
The agenda must be posted online and at the meeting location 24 hours ahead; items not on it generally can't be acted on. No statutory minutes deadline.
Local charters, ordinances and board bylaws often require more notice than state law. When they do, follow the stricter rule — in CivicPorch you can set a board's own notice period and reminders use it.
